Substack has its own privacy policy governing how subscriber data is handled, which you can review at substack.com. You may unsubscribe from The Lapidary at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.

Your email address collected through the newsletter signup will be used solely for the purpose of sending you The Lapidary and related communications about workshops, groups, and publications. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit my Service ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of my Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. This data is collected automatically by Squarespace, the platform on which this website is built, as part of their standard service operation.

This website is built and hosted on Squarespace. My newsletter is managed through Substack. My client scheduling and portal services are managed through a separate third-party platform.
