My psychotherapy practice is currently 100% virtual, which means that I do teletherapy with clients residing throughout the state of California online. Please note that clients must be physically located in California at the time of the session. Sessions are 50 minutes long and I meet with clients online once weekly.
I use a secure video platform designed for therapy that’s easy to use. Video sessions incorporate the same elements I use for in-person sessions, including depth therapy, relational talk therapy, somatic therapy (including Somatic Experiencing®), expressive arts therapy, and mindfulness. Please note that all therapy sessions are currently done online until further notice. -
I offer online and in-person workshops and groups from time to time. Past groups include Bodacious Boundaries, a 6-week online therapy group designed to help participants explore a full, embodied experience of their boundaries. Group therapy sessions included Somatic Experiencing®, mindfulness, and expressive arts therapy.

Therapists deserve to have their own therapeutic spaces. Ones that meet their needs as humans—as well as their unique needs as therapists.
As a clinician, seeking one’s own therapy is a vital part of tending to your vessel—your own mind, body, and soul—and helping to protect the vitality, quality, and integrity of your clinical work. After all, we can only take others as far as we have gone ourselves on our own journey.
I’m of the opinion that seeking quality therapy and consultation as a therapist is practicing good “clinical hygiene.” Not tending to ourselves and not regularly reflecting on the impact of our unique vocation can affect us adversely—personally and professionally.
While therapy is separate from consultation, therapy for therapists can include things like exploring the impact of your work as well as deeper processing of what the work evokes in you.
The latter includes a compassionate, thoughtfully paced approach to addressing how providing therapy often stirs one’s own material. -
Just as I honor the sanctity of the therapeutic relationship, I also honor the sanctity of the consultative relationship. I truly view consultation as an art, one that can help a clinician to more deeply understand their clients and themselves as a therapist.
Topics I provide clinical consultation on include providing psychotherapy for narcissistic abuse and codependency recovery, burnout recovery, and relational trauma/cPTSD recovery.
I use a transpersonal, collaborative, non-hierarchical, and non-shaming approach in consultation. Conventional consultation techniques such as dialogue, reflection, education, and feedback are combined with integrative techniques such as somatic inquiry (e.g., noticing what comes up in your body when exploring a case), dreamwork, and expressive arts as a tool for processing and coming to a deeper understanding of your case. I also incorporate a transpersonal and depth perspective on what is showing up in the work. -
As a professional writer, I research and create content for a variety of publications and organizations. I am also available for speaking engagements on topics such as a modern approach to depth therapy, transpersonal psychology, integrative approaches in psychotherapy, supporting clients who report past iatrogenic experiences in psychotherapy, and more.
Finding the inner home:
Through dream, symbol, body, feeling, imagination, and genuine relationship.
“From a Jungian perspective, exile begins when we abandon dream, symbol, body, feeling, imagination, and genuine relationship. Soul withers where life becomes performative, transactional, and sterile.
The search for home is not only social—it is psychic. Home may begin where we look up, switch off, listen inwardly, and meet one another again in real relationships.”
